so, you can be a professor at an American university and have direct affiliations with a well-known pedophile, sex trafficker and obvious foreign agent; you can teach entire courses on why Islam is the big, bad religion - assigning readings that promote and justify violence against entire populations; you can write papers about the benefits of chattel slavery. You can be and do all these things and keep your job. But criticize Israel? Zionism? You’re out.

This is the first post on this that actually explains why the sexual harassment case was thrown out. It wasn't because he was ruling against it on the merits. It's an issue with jurisdiction and statutes. It DOES NOT mean that he ruled that she wasn't harassed.

Judge dismisses Blake Lively’s sexual harassment claims against Justin Baldoni, ruling that she could not bring a sexual harassment claim under federal law because she was an independent contractor. The judge also ruled that she could not file a harassment claim under California law because the filming took place in New Jersey. People fail to realise that Fortnite sets the standard for a lot of games. If they normalise AI usage (even if the skin itself is crafted by humans, the original design was made by AI) it will signal to others devs that it's fine to implement AI-generated slop into their games
