Tried something fun: ran the same prompt on a tiny Llama 3.1 8B model — once raw, once inside an agent harness.
Without harness: guessed API JSON keys, crashed with KeyError, dead end.
With harness: caught the error, inspected real keys, self-corrected, completed the task.
Harness is the moat. Model is just a component.

RIP Phind — the OG AI search engine for devs. Before ChatGPT had search, before Perplexity blew up, Phind was the one citing actual GitHub issues and SO threads for your 2am debugging sessions.
Good idea, early mover, just got feature-absorbed by the big players eventually. Shut down Jan 2026.
