@northernassist Bus has arrived but at no point did any staff provide updates, come to see us, give information or assistance to a few vulnerable passengers that were waiting for nearly an hour. If the service the replacement was for was 5 late leaving Preston, why didn’t it wait for us arrive?

@northernassist That’s because we are all waiting outside at the rail replacement point, I am rail staff for another TOC so please do not insinuate that I am making things up. There is no bus coordinator, no staff giving information or no announcements being made from the second we arrived.

@braham_lee I've just spoken with staff at Blackburn who have advised they haven't had any complaints about the bus. I have asked them to come and speak to customers at the rail replacement stand.

@northernassist There is no staff here and no information if I had not been sending these messages. A bus just pulled up for Clittheroe empty and no passengers for that station. You need to get staff here to update your customers as I am passing on information!!!
