@ItsThomAnt I struggled with this. I started writing things down in A,B,C categories. A needs attention now, B not urgent but needs it soon. C is noise. Don’t waste any meaningful time.

what did it feel like when you started from scratch after the acquisition?

Brian, I talk to founders that get exits and I can tell you the ones that get exits act very differently based on the size of their exit.
VERY different.
Less than 10 million - 10 million to 50 million to 100 million and 250 million plus act very differently.
I am not a founder and have only "founded" a company that I am invested in.
I own 72 different publicly traded micro and nano cap stocks as a "business" -
