The passing is another major issue. It feels like you barely have control over where the ball goes — the game decides the pass direction for you instead of your actual input. The cursor switching is even worse. I use manual controls, yet the game still chooses which player the cursor lands on, especially in crucial moments. It completely kills the feeling of control and turns matches into pure chaos.

EA Sports FC 26 has been such a frustrating game for me. The marking feels completely broken, players keep making random jumps, and a lot of the gameplay just doesn’t make sense. Even with Starlink, I still experience constant network pauses. The moment it happens, the game slows down, I lose control of my players, and those few seconds are more than enough for opponents to counter and score easily. Playing against PSG feels almost impossible sometimes. Even if you’re leading by 3 or 4 goals with Madrid, the game somehow swings in their favor. Honestly, the only teams that seem to match PSG are France and PSG itself. Overall, the game feels more frustrating than enjoyable right now. EA SPORTS FC official site really needs to fix these gameplay and server issues. I genuinely hope FIFA 27 turns out much better, because FIFA 25 was honestly a far better experience than FIFA 26.
