@Maikeru_Katana_ @Simon_Hypixel If I'm not mistaken, any mod that interacts with the map can cause this bug. I noticed that the "LandMark" and "Hymark" mods also create a folder inside the "mods" folder that needs to be deleted for the map to work again.

Hytale's second update is now live! Another quick patch with lots of fixes, new content, and features requested by the community! PSA: the grimoire is just an item that drops from the big skeleton that you might have seen already, not related to the future magic system we will be working on in a future update. The minions are a bit janky, but hey, it's early access, let's have fun and not worry about it just yet! That's how I see Hytale's future development: let's have fun and experiment a bit from time to time. That's how Hytale was born, just a bunch of devs having a great time! I want to add more interesting drops in the world, especially from chests, so this could be a fun way for us to experiment and make exploration much more fun. Finding books, scrolls, potions and items that bring a lot more excitement, rather than just materials and equipment. That being said, production is ramping up as we work on several updates in parallel, and we will put Update 3 into pre-release next week. We will give a bit more time in pre-release to let modders and servers adapt this time around. This one should be a bit smaller, as we are trying to offset the pre-release and release schedule to be more predictable. We will share more details next week!

@Simon_Hypixel Oh, it worked! The problem was with the BetterMaps mod, which updated with update 2, and its old folder remained in the world files. I deleted the "BetterMap" folder from the "mods" folder, installed the new version of the mod, and it started working normally again. tnks goat <3

@cakeboloedit Even if mods are disabled, try updating the mods that changed the map functionality. (The host needs to do it, not you)

@DANIO820362 @Simon_Hypixel i just did that and, interestingly, the map now works normally in newly created worlds, but in the old worlds I had and on the dedicated server I own, the map no longer appears

@cakeboloedit @Simon_Hypixel So you just did the update, create a new world without any mods, and ur map is broken? If thats the case, maybe verify the files, or reinstall the game.

@Simon_Hypixel Hey @Simon_Hypixel the update came with a bug in the map. I've already tested it on the server, single-player, with and without mods, I even created a new world and it's still the same. My friends' games are having the same problem.
