3. Price must close below both EMA 9 and EMA 21 after the crossover.
4. Momentum confirmation: RSI moving downward.
TIMEFRAME:

- Avoid signals during extremely low volatility.
- Ignore signals if EMA crossover happened more than 3 candles ago.
- Only produce signals when both RSI and EMA conditions align.
