This deaf woman ordered Wendy's online because she can't talk to order through the drive-thru. She goes to the drive-thru window and tries to show the worker her order, but the worker doesn't want to help her and tells her she has to come inside. Who is right in this situation, and should the worker have helped her? This is a tough situation.

You actually can pick mobile orders up inside or through the drive thru‼️ I don’t know wth these people are talking about, I work in a restaurant part time where you can pick up mobile orders inside the restaurant & through the drive thru💯 It’s always been like that, nothing has changed about fast food & the way mobile orders work💯 There’s no reason at all that she shouldn’t be able to get her mobile order in the drive thru‼️
