Eat enough protein and lift weights 3–4 times a week. Those are two major pillars for losing belly fat while keeping your body healthy and strong. If you ignore resistance training and protein, and only keep doing cardio, you can lose muscle mass along with fat. And losing muscle is not ideal because muscle supports strength, metabolism, recovery, and long-term health.

Let us know your challenges and difficulties. Let us help you through them. If everyone’s routine, consistency, and habits were already perfect, they wouldn’t need coaches in the first place.

volume eating, fiber loading, diet soda, black coffee, chewing gum. use all of it. it helps. but understand this very clearly - some hunger during a diet is not a problem to solve. hunger is the cost of the deficit. the deficit is the cost of the result. you don't get to negotiate the cost and keep the result. every man who has gotten lean has paid it. no exceptions.
