@CityNewsTO Agree @AirCanada I had flights cancelled 2 weeks ago and after several phone calls and hours on hold was informed that it will take up to 2 months to be refunded for my 3 flights that they cancelled 😡 Their whole customer service system is the most frustrating to deal with.
