Putting the JCT resources to good use. We had a student led class today in 1st Yr Eng. Students took 20mins of silent reading time and noted three words to research using The Frayer Model. The students enjoyed taking over and teaching their peers. @Colaistebride @jctEnglish

Parents today heard first hand from students about what works for them when it comes to learning. We promoted our @CBlearninghub and also introduced Ms.White our Home School Community Liaison Teacher. So much to be proud. Thanks to our parents for the great conversations 👏

Another #CFES initiative @Colaistebride organised by Ms.Harte. Ciara spoke to students during lunch about all things Social Care. College life, modules, scope of the course and possible career options. Thanks for sharing your experience Ciara. Great feedback from students ✅🤗

Today we were thrilled with our Parent workshop on supporting their child’s learning. Loads of practical tips and an excellent presentation from @Nadyward on how to make the learning stick. Working together with parents is how we achieve the best outcomes for students. 📚💭🧠
