A 31 y/o Georgia woman has been charged with murder after taking abortion pills just past six weeks pregnant. Alexia Moore went to a hospital on December 30 with abdominal pain after taking medications and later delivered a fetus that died. She is the first reported prosecution under Georgia’s 2019 abortion law.
