Outgoing Governor Hilario P. Davide III and Governor-elect Gwendolyn Garcia led the turnover ceremony this morning, June 28, at the Capitol Social Hall. The administration of Garcia and Vice Governor-elect Davide will begin in the afternoon of June 30.
