Great piece by @erikbryn on the impact of AI on society, which will vary depending on whether we automate away or augment human work. My gut feel is that most use cases are already augmentation but that automation is just sexier to talk about, hence gets all the airtime…

Yup. Pre-A round investments are founder bets first and foremost. Very few of @changeventures investments has not pivoted to a larger or smaller extent. Pivoting when it leads to a better opportunity is in both the founders and investors interests.

hard disagree - at the early stage the thing your investors are spending money to prove/disprove is are you capable of proving a hypothesis around a business model & if not that you can adapt If you find new information you didn’t have pre-pitch - act on it The bet is on you
