‘SECOND UP STUDENT AMONG KILLED IN NEGROS’ READ: The UP Open University (UPOU) confirmed in an official statement the death of one of its students in the recent military encounter in Negros Occidental. The student, Maureen Keil Santuyo, was an Associate of Arts student in the university. The UPOU mourns her death along with the recent passing of Alyssa Alano from UP Diliman.
