I learned the 4 main types of collections in Python 1. List → [] 2. Tuple → () 3. Set → {} (unordered unique values) 4. Dictionary → {} (key-value pairs) One thing I found interesting is that both Set and Dictionary use curly braces {}, but they are not the same. Sets store only values, while Dictionaries store data in key-value pairs.

@chi_nomso Tuple is a collection that is ordered and can’t be changed after creation and list can be changed after creation. Tuple is enclosed in () bracket , list is enclosed in [] bracket

Let me share this for those that are still in school, about to complete or just completed and are confused of where or what to start with. It all started in 2023, the year I completed my B.Sc. in Economics and proceeded for NYSC. Like many fresh graduates, I began to think seriously about my future and career path. The fear of not securing a decent white-collar job made me reflect deeply on where I wanted my career to go. This fear wasn't because I graduated with a poor result or studied an unpopular course. I graduated with a 2:1 in Economics from a federal university. My concern was the reality that thousands of graduates compete for a limited number of opportunities, and I had neither influential connections nor a godfather in high places. I knew I needed a skill that was relevant in the digital age, something that would complement my background and offer strong career prospects. So, I began researching technical skills online. After going through countless options, one stood out immediately because it aligned perfectly with my love for numbers, statistics, and problem-solving: Data Analysis. The next challenge was figuring out how to learn with little or no money for paid courses or mentorship. Then one day, while scrolling through my timeline, I stumbled upon a post by @ani_danielson. He mentioned having a roadmap and study materials for aspiring data analysts. I reached out to him, and he generously shared access to the resources. That single message changed everything. The materials included guidance on obtaining financial aid on Coursera, which gave me access to structured learning opportunities. From there, I earned certifications, built projects, developed practical skills, and gradually grew my confidence in the field. Today, I'm proud of how far I've come. The journey is far from over, but I'm grateful for every lesson, every challenge, and every opportunity to learn. Sometimes, all it takes is one decision, one resource, or one person willing to help to completely change the trajectory of your life and start a career.

How did you start your data career? Did you pay for courses/classes, and how is your journey?🎤

Hello @Oluwatobiju, If you're just starting out in data analytics, don't get overwhelmed trying to learn everything at once. Focus on the core tools first. Learn them well. Practice consistently until you can confidently solve real-world problems with them. Mastery will always take you further than surface-level knowledge of many tools. Once you have a solid foundation, start applying for jobs. While it's good to apply broadly, pay special attention to industries you already understand. When you understand an industry's processes, challenges, and data, you're often able to deliver value much faster. When you land your first role, don't just focus on being good with the tools. Focus on understanding the business. Learn the industry's metrics, operations, customers, and decision-making processes. Tools can be learned by many people, but industry knowledge combined with analytical skills makes you difficult to replace. As you gain experience, continue to upskill. Learn new technologies, improve your communication skills, and deepen your business understanding. Over time, you'll realize that career growth isn't about one big breakthrough—it's about consistently taking the next step. Remember: you don't have to know everything to get started. Learn. Practice. Apply. Work. Improve. Repeat. And keep moving because the opportunities you're looking for are often waiting a few steps beyond where most people decide to stop.

"They now said that if your wife is in labour and your friend gets shot and has already been rushed to the hospital." You're a miserable liar. Agenda has robbed you of honesty. The entire premise of the argument was that the friend shot needs to be taken to be hospital so he doesn't bleed to death. This is why you are leaving the wife who is already in the hands of doctors. You people were the ones saying the friends should die, that a man has to stay in hospital regardless. You will not gaslight us with your bulkshit. That position is valid everyday and twice on Sunday. When e reach your brother turn, leave am make e bleed to death.
Ezinne😌@EzinneamakaO

First , they said that your wife is not your family . We swallowed it . They now said that if your wife is in labour and your friend gets shot and has already been rushed to the hospital, that you should leave your wife and go be with your friend that was shot coz childbirth is not a death sentence. We use am rub body . Now, these same people are telling us that a wife is a SQUATTER in a house that she occupies with her husband. Do you people know that it’s okay to be gay ? Even though I don’t think you deserve love in any form .
