What's a job that unexpectedly prepared you for a career in research? Me: Nightclub bar tendering 🍸. Late nights in da club definitely prepped me for working long days & nights in the lab, especially mentally. If I can work in a bar till 4am, an 8pm facs exp is nothing 😅

@JerryWanyama I used to use Meta, which was amazing and would send me alerts for all the papers in my field. It has recently been shut down and I havent found anything as good to replace it :(
