@cod_ghost80164 @jackper36 @ITROriginal You dont tie and carry and empty bag, also there is absolutely no wind because you don't see any of the trees or bushes blowing, I live in Chicago , just the smallest amount of wind is enough to make those blow, those are still.

@aja2130 @GiaG25 @GigglingGanon If I’m not the driver and not in control of the vehicle and you pulled us over for running a light or a stop sign or something minor I’m not giving you my id like actually zero reason you need it unless you wanna find dirt or being nosy, if it was serious crime then I would 🤷‍♂️

No one is arguing that. The argument is that it is so easy to take 1 minute to show and then go on your way than being an ass and argue with a law officer. For which you always can submit a complaint. Your generation do not know anything about respect. I bet none of you would do this in any other country around the world. Only in America we allow people like to be assholes towards law enforcement. I pray to GOD you never have to call law enforcement due to an emergency.

Officer arrests passanger for not providing ID. Then lies to cover up his error. We are in Miami Dade and the officer involved is identified as D. Echeverria. He initiated the encounter by demanding identification from the passenger, despite the passenger's clear assertion that they were not the driver and had committed no crime. Under established legal standards, passengers generally have no obligation to provide identification during a routine traffic stop unless the officer possesses reasonable, articulable suspicion that the passenger is actively involved in criminal activity. The officer’s insistence on obtaining the passenger's ID, despite the lack of evidence linking them to a crime, illustrates a disregard for the passenger's rights against unreasonable detention and questioning. After the officer consulted with his partner, he knew he messed up which is why he cooked up the excuse of mixing up vehicles. This interaction serves as a stark reminder of the importance of knowing one's rights when facing law enforcement, as the demand for ID—even when legally unjustified—is a common maneuver to intimidate or control individuals in public spaces.

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. There is absolutely zero logic in trying to assault a police officer. Think about it: you are actively attacking someone who is legally authorized to use force, carries the tools to stop you, has a radio to call an entire precinct for backup, and is backed by a legal system that will throw the absolute book at you. It is a lose-lose situation every single time. Best case scenario? You end up tacked to the pavement in handcuffs. Worst case? You don’t make it home at all. No matter how angry, defensive, or bulletproof you feel in the moment, trying to fight law enforcement is a masterclass in making a bad situation instantly worse. It’s not tough, it’s not brave—it’s just flat-out dumb. If you have an issue with an officer, fight it where you actually stand a chance: in the courtroom with a lawyer, not on the street with your fists.
