@discoque92 @KMBmoreX @kevinsheehanDC There has to be some “reasonableness” standard. If the standard is someone who doesn’t look like you CAN be offended nothing can exist. The logo is objectively neutral. It was LITERALLY designed by a Native American.. there’s nothing cartoonish or caricature about it.

See, @kevinsheehanDC should have stopped his conversation at "maybe the old logo will return". Saying "it was never offensive" is priviliege personified. To say it was "never offensive" just to fit your narrative is ridiculous. There were many Native Americans that find the name offensive, and some that don't. But Kevin is in NO position to tell a group that doesn't look like him what's offensive and what's not. SMH

ESPN sources: Giants All-Pro defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence has requested a trade and he will not be participating in the team’s off-season workout program that opens Tuesday.
