@VicSage_US @mamboitaliano__ @Pharaoh_Of_X Exactly. Children being trafficked offends me more than an AI generated photo.

@mamboitaliano__ @Pharaoh_Of_X Pope Leo & the Vatican have flooded our countries w/migrants thru Catholic charities making untold amounts of money & when Trump closes the border & STOPS the actual trafficking of children & violent criminals pouring in, they go on 60 minutes to cry about it. You support that?

@VicSage_US @CieloBonit Catholic service? Mine too. Long Beach, CA.

@CieloBonit You didn’t continue reading. In my Easter service the priest said they had the most new converts they’ve ever had this year. It’s the only religion that can be traced directly to Jesus is my guess why. x.com/michaeljknowle…

I was also Catholic yesterday. But since so many people are posting this happy statement, I felt impelled to note that I’m still Catholic today.

@ClipsLand It's still spring equinox - two things can be true at once. God created everything in perfect order, astronomy still means something, especially when it brings bounty to all.
English

@ClipsLand Whatever you do, just don’t fall for any nonsense people might try to bring up in here about these being “pagan” symbols etc. the rabbits and eggs being associated with Easter have Christian roots in Medieval European folk traditions.

The older I get, the more astonishing and relatable the Christian story becomes. 'A humble guy speaks simple truths and the people around him freak the heck out and nail him to a tree' turns out to be one of the most relatable stories in human existence. Isn't that wild?

Today is Good Friday.
Thank you, Jesus for your amazing and unthinkable sacrifice. You died so that we would have life, and life in abundance.
“It was nine in the morning when they crucified him. The written notice of the charge against him read: the king of the jews … With a loud cry, Jesus breathed his last. The curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. And when the centurion, who stood there in front of Jesus, saw how he died, he said, ‘Surely this man was the Son of God!’”

@VicSage_US @par_rapluiee @jerseyh0mo Yes and Pilate crashed out for no reason, apparently lol. He had the tomb sealed and guarded and they couldn’t explain how the body was no longer there. In addition to your Watergate point, it has endured for 2,000 years. Must be quite a made up story 🙄
English

@par_rapluiee @jerseyh0mo Also the 12 apostles never wavered once in their stories and teachings and were brutally murdered in different parts of the world for it. The people involved in Watergate couldn’t keep their stories straight for a week. Demons are working overtime during Holy Week I see.

In 1999, hundreds of people in Belgium and France reported that they felt sick after drinking Coca Cola due to someone claiming the drinks were contaminated. It resulted in a massive recall of Coca Cola products. After an investigation by health authorities, it turned out to be a case of mass hysteria. The drinks were completely fine and the people had made themselves believe their bodies were sick. Just some food for thought.

500 people saw Jesus risen from the dead. You can't make this up.

On the morning of September 11, 2001, eight-year-old Zoe Falkenberg held her younger sister Dana’s hand at Dulles Airport as their family prepared to fly to Australia. Their mother, Leslie Whittington, had earned a fellowship at the Australian National University, and their father, Charles Falkenberg, had taken time off so they could begin the move together.
Zoe was known for her love of reading, Harry Potter, and planning parties with friends. Her teachers described her as a spark of kindness who brought warmth and light into every room.
That morning, American Airlines Flight 77 was hijacked and crashed into the Pentagon at 9:37 a.m. All 64 people on board were lost, and back at University Park Elementary, Zoe’s empty desk filled with flowers and drawings, including a note that read, “I hope Heaven has books.”
