@VeVeMeister Possibly. For some investment funds globally when investor kyc hasn't been fully collected or requires a refresh it can remain outstanding until a distribution happens. At this point it needs to be fully cleared. For fear of regulatory fines if not. So applying the same logic..

@cornstarchca64 Thx for your input, I just posted a similar update. Good thinking - I also wonder if KYC in the very last step would be sufficient enough.

Update! Sent some $OMI to my mate on StackR - we bought gems. Buying both works in VeVe and StackR 😅 Selling is another story - in the screenshot you can see what StackR prompts if you try to sell in $OMI (another prompt was simply "DELISTED" after a while). I think this is not the end of the story - if I’m not wrong you can’t KYC in the native VeVe app. Also you don’t get prompted to connect to the VeVe web app (or do you?) in order to do KYC. And as many point out KYC in the very last step (on an exchange of your choice: crypto to fiat) should suffice..? Let’s see how this evolves with StackR v2.

@VeVeMeister 2/2 Something that cross my mind is could they withdraw if signed up to stackr. Could it be that by disabling withdrawals from the app veve no longer need to do kyc and this now simply lies with the fait converter (exchange or otherwise)?

@VeVeMeister 1/2 Last week I got someone interested to sign up and they went for the doom 2099 drop. They didnt get asked for KYC when joining and didn't ask for it when purchasing gems through the app store.
