As an athlete, your biggest problem in games isn't making mistakes. It's your negative response to making mistakes. Once you learn to stay positive after making mistakes, you'll perform much better in games.

Players...You can sign/play at ANY, and I repeat ANY college in America.....(D1, D2, D3, NAIA, JUCO)......and end up getting an opportunity to play pro baseball if you are good enough! Go where you're WANTED and NEEDED!

Ive said this same thing many many times. Once you can handle failure the way you do success you will find more success. Tough lesson to learn for some players who have ingrained anger/negative responses to failure but it can and needs to be done.

As recruiting decisions are being made and players are making their college choices, remember to look at the school without your sports goggles on! Of course your sport will be a big part of your college experience but there is much more!! Make your decision for the right reasons
