She doesnt want you to feel nothing she wants you to feel nothing for everyone except her. the cold is supposed to stop at her door. you walk through the world like a man who has buried his own heart and then you come home and dig it up just for her and she watches you dig and that is what she wants. to be the only place where you are soft. to have a weapon that becomes a hand only when it touches her face. the other women see stone and she sees what is underneath the stone and this is her secret power over you and if you show the underneath to anyone else you have taken her power and she will never forgive you for it
