I think it’s totally fine if people complain, actually. I’m not you. If is also true that complaining can result in change. What *I* am saying is that economies of scale exist, and even inclusive, socially-conscious companies have to make generalizations to sell clothes.

I just saw a commercial that was like, “Do your clothes still smell bad when they come out of the dryer? Add our scent beads!” If your clothes smell bad when they come out of the dryer, the solution isn’t to cover that smell up with fragrance. It’s to adjust the way you wash.

@matt_slotnick If bad founder behavior is causing high turnover rates and affecting the growth of the company, dunking externally on them when voices internally are suppressed is necessary. I know of one company where that convinced the board that the founders needed to be removed.
