please stop using everything the boys say to fuel your moral outrage agenda. sleep paralysis is not necessarily something concerning, and it's not appropriate to take a casual account of it happening, where the boys are unconcerned and laughing as they describe it, as some kind of medical crisis. just because your life experience hasn't included randomly getting sleep paralysis when your sleep cycle is messed up doesn't mean it's something you or your followers need to panic about. it's caused by the transition from REM sleep to being awake not occurring properly, and many adults in our modern society where we all have bad habits and poor sleep hygiene experience it. not everything enha says needs to be used to support your takes. seriously.
