California Congressman Ted Lieu is facing widespread calls for his expulsion from Congress after reports revealed that last night’s attempted assassin — a man from Lieu’s home district in California — appears to have acted on the very falsehoods Lieu has repeatedly spread about President Trump. Constituents are being urged to contact his office and ask why he is using inflammatory rhetoric that seems to be inciting his own voters toward acts of political violence and terror. Maybe Ted can also explain his relationship with Ed Buck. Don’t they have the same belt buckle? What’s the backstory on that creepy belt buckle? ☠️ And how many times had he visited Buck’s home? Was Adam Schiff present, too? Two African-American men, the first in 2017 and the second in 2019, were discovered dead in Buck's West Hollywood home, later determined to be due to drug overdoses. Several reports indicated that Buck had a history of bringing African-American men to his house, where he would reportedly inject them with high doses of crystal methamphetamine for sexual gratification. He plied the men with drugs and then sexually assaulted them while they were unconscious or immobile. In January 2019, a coalition of 50 civil rights organizations called for law enforcement to investigate the matter. Adam Schiff attempted to run interference. On September 17, 2019, Buck was arrested and charged with three counts of battery causing serious injury, administering methamphetamine and maintaining a drug house. He was convicted of nine federal charges in 2021; on April 14, 2022, Buck was sentenced to 30 years in prison.

Why can a sitting Congressman publicly call Trump a child rapist and murderer with zero consequences? On February 3, 2026, Rep. Ted Lieu (D-CA) stood in front of cameras and stated: “In those files, there’s highly disturbing allegations of Donald Trump raping children… of Donald Trump threatening to kill children.” No evidence. No indictment. No conviction. Just raw, explosive accusations — presented as fact from the floor of Congress. Here’s the dirty little secret: Under the U.S. Constitution’s Speech or Debate Clause, members of Congress have near-total immunity for anything they say in their official capacity. Even if the claims are completely false or baseless, it is almost impossible for the target to sue them for defamation. A regular citizen repeating the same lie could be sued into oblivion. A Congressman can say it on live television from the Capitol and walk away untouched. This is the same political class that spent years trying to jail Donald Trump for an accounting misclassification in a hush-money case — calling it “election interference.” Yet when an elected official stands up and accuses a presidential candidate of raping and killing children with zero proof, the system protects him. That needs to change. We cannot allow elected officials to weaponize the floor of Congress to spread the most vile, career-destroying lies under the shield of immunity. If a bookkeeping entry can be twisted into “election interference,” then blatant character assassination from the podium should be fair game for accountability too. The American people are not stupid. When an official in a government building says something this extreme, many assume it “must be true.” It’s time to stop giving politicians a free pass to lie while ordinary citizens pay the price. This isn’t about protecting Trump. This is about protecting the truth — and stopping elected officials from turning the Capitol into a safe space for slander. What do you think — should this immunity be reformed?
MAZE@mazemoore

Congratulations Ted Lieu. Someone believed your lies and decided to try to take Trump out. That's what you wanted right?

Chiche?

Cole Tomas Allen resides in Ted Lieu’s district in California. On multiple occasions, Ted Lieu has falsely claimed “there is credible evidence Trump raped and killed children.” In his manifesto, Allen cited these baseless accusations as his motive. CCP asset Ted Lieu is radicalizing his constituents. He should be denaturalized and deported.

@Badhombre @grok, how come Trump or anyone is not able to sue this guy into oblivion for such egregious allegations? This is beyond disgusting. To be allowed to stand a government podium and spew such lies with impunity
