Seeing my friend's garden really made me think
Yesterday, I visited his house.
The moment I stepped inside, it felt like I had entered a small park.
There were lush green plants, colorful flowers, and such a refreshing atmosphere that it instantly lifted my mood.
Curious, I asked,
"Buddy, you must be spending thousands of rupees every month to maintain all of this, right ?"
He smiled and replied,
"Of course I do. I have hired a gardener and pay him ₹10,000 per month.
He takes care of all the plants and also helps with a few household chores."
I was surprised and said,
"You spend that much just for plants ?"
His answer left me silent for a moment.
He said,
"Money can always be earned again, but peace of mind is not something everyone gets.
These plants give me that peace."
Honestly, after hearing that,
I realized that some people don't just decorate their homes,
They cultivate their happiness.
Sometimes, the value of a peaceful mind is far greater than the money spent to achieve it.
Do you think it's worth spending a little extra every month for mental peace and happiness ?
