After nineteen fulfilling years serving as Principal of Mayfield Middle School, I am honored to announce my appointment as the Director of Human Resources-Classified Staff and Director of Business Operations for the Mayfield City School District, beginning the 2025-2026 school year. While I will sincerely miss the daily interactions with the exceptional staff, students, and families of the middle school, I am excited for the opportunity to contribute to our district in a broader capacity. I extend my deepest gratitude to the entire Mayfield Middle School community for your unwavering support, collaboration, and trust over the years. It has been a privilege to lead such a dedicated and inspiring school community. I look forward to continuing to serve the district in this new role with the same commitment and passion.

The growth in K-12 administrative staff are FAR outpacing teacher hiring. The number of district administrators in U.S. public schools has grown 87.6% between 2000-2019 compared to student growth at 7.6% and teacher growth at 8.7%. Why is this happening?
