I do believe it's all about timing. If this would have happened after Mania, lets say Randy did win. And Pat joined him to form a new faction at the following Raw. To give us a reason to boo Randy. And to have a heel faction trying to destroy the status quo....I'd would want to see where it goes. But the idea of Pat getting involved in a 20 year lore heavy story and potentially influencing the finish at Mania. Timing.

But, no TKO doesn't know a jack thing about wrestling so they decide to bring in celebs into this story, and make it so much worse. Utter disappointment. Triple H is to blame for the last 2 years of garbage. He deserves the blame for the terrible weekly television we have gotten coming out of WrestleMania 40 I don't blame him for last night's Pat McAfee fiasco. They are actively trying to sabotage him during their busiest season of the year. He's the one going to get the blame for this year being a flop. Meanwhile it was TKO's decision to run Mania in Vegas again, inflate ticket prices 25-30% over last year. The fact that it is all down this year, it has prompted Ari Emanuel to start making requests creatively. Ask yourself this. If Vince McMahon was still there, would Ari Emanuel tell Vince McMahon what he needs to do creatively? Highly unlikely. Triple H will be out in 18-24 months. 7 Bucks Productions will take over. And Brian Gewirtz will be running creative.
