Core mechanics are immutable post-deployment. No admin key can touch the curve, the pot splits, or the threshold formula. Liquidity is protocol-owned. Team allocation vests over 1080 days with no cliff. If the hype disappears, the math stays. Buybacks execute automatically every day regardless. The exponential curve still runs. The treasury still compounds. The protocol doesn't need hype to function; it just keeps building.

@edgingprotocol Who controls the key wallets (liquidity, treasury, dev funds), and what safeguards are in place to prevent misuse? If the hype disappears tomorrow, what would still make people stay and use this project?

@elimoni200 Fees convert to MON and enter the treasury. From there they fund exponential buybacks across the current cycle, with portions reserved for future cycles and a long-term reserve. Every fee collected becomes buying pressure on $EDGE. Eventually.

Every swap generates a fee. That fee enters the treasury and funds buybacks, small at first, then larger, then significantly larger. Hold through the full cycle. The math rewards you for it.

@Vexo090 The exponential curve creates its own urgency. Buybacks accelerate hard into every Climax, price action follows, volume comes. And each cycle opens with more capital than the last. The protocol gets louder over time.

Rate limiting withdrawal is the same instinct as capping individual buyback size. On EDGE each buyback is capped at 15% of pool depth, read live at execution time. Protects against single events moving price too far in either direction. Good protocol design thinks about the downside first.
