Sir, due to increased economic activities in Aba, more people are coming in to the city at rate that is not proportional to new houses development. Again, businesses are now renting or buying off the exisring block of flats in those 3-6 storey buildings in Aba for business activities thereby displacing residential people Sir, it is time to open up other layouts in Ukwa, Asa, and Ngwa. ABSG can open up those new layouts by build high rise block of flats in those area.

IRGC not negotoating??? No sign of weakness? 😂😂 very laughable. My dear IRGC are currently negotiating. Firing aimless missles is not point of strenght. They have been boxed to only missles and drones. Their Airforce and navy have been crippled. Even missles production has been crippled. What is means is that stockpiles of it will be exhusted if the war continue to go on for long which is Isreal's target. You cant fire over 3,000 missles yet US is attacking you from middle East, Isreal airforce are flying all over your airspace. Aimed 2000+ missles and droned should be able to cripple US ability to attack IRGC from close range ME. It should have crippled Isreal Airforce capabilities.

@okoliecollins5 I commented in one of your earlier post on Iran-US/Isreal war where I adviced that IRGC should immediately negotiate with US to stop the war by offering to give up on their nuclear program in order not to lose out their super power status over the gulf countries if the allow the war to continue. Now I am hearing that they have taken that option. They are giving up completely on nuclear program. However, my fears is that it may have come too late. This is because they are negotiating from point of weakness. The US are asking for more. The US/Isreal want more. They still want: 1. IRGC zero missle capabilities. 2. Joint control of Strait of Hormuz 3. Joint leadership control. If IRGC accepts these which I dont see any other option, they have lost GC super power but at least have partial leadership control. If they reject this offer, they risk losing out entirely of the war progres. Even an anti Trump war analyst said this morning in CNN, that if IRGC dont make deal, they will completely collapse in 4 to 6 weeks.

@eebuchi @okoliecollins5 So what makes any one think they will go back to negotiate what they have already given to the US but still got attacked. It is the US that will have to give in to their demands or the war continues as you UD and Israel are now learning a bitter lesson.
