@topacregganman Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a comment, and I am sorry to hear that you have found it difficult to get a top-up loan. We are constantly reviewing our lending criteria to provide affordable finance to new and existing clients of varied financial situations.

Would highly recommend @fairfinance my only criticism is its very difficult it would appear to get a top up loan, even if your credit changes slightly they don't appear to take into consideration your payment history if you've paid on time etc. Otherwise a good service
