When Pokemon Went Color: According to Ken Sugimori, Pokemon designs went from black & white to color when Game Freak decided to make Gen 1 compatible with the Super Game Boy. Until this point in development, many Pokemon's color hadn't even been considered yet -- even Pikachu.

tbh these characters enter the screen and I'm immediately reminded of real people who were allowed to make me and others feel uncomfortable

Yesterday, a colleague of the firm I work for died. They worked for the firm for years & a email was sent out, ppl were shocked for a min, & then everything went back to normal. Please stop over prioritizing your job. Take all your PTO & make sure your mental health is priority.
