@fcenhancer I made an account a few months back and then it randomly signed out, when signing back in I tried restoring licence however nothing happened so I had paid for another subscription, I currently now have 2 which I am paying for and only able to locate one account

All services are up now after the webapp update and the extension should work as before. You can install the latest version for the extension directly from Chrome store For apps, force closing and reopening the app should ensure you get the update prompt, then just press update
