The first mediation between CBX and SM has ended with no agreement. The mediation lasted about 30 minutes and was conducted privately with only the legal representatives of both parties present, but ultimately no conclusion was reached. Since no settlement was made, the court has scheduled the second mediation session on October 2, 2025.
