I'd like to share something that very few people know about me. When I was younger, I always wanted to do public speaking. Not as a politician or societal figurehead, but in presentations about topics I was passionate about. I relished the idea of sharing knowledge with others, hoping they would pass it on. But from an early age, I had a speech impediment. My brain worked much faster than my mouth, so I ended up either mumbling or skipping words entirely. Not a great quality for public speaking, right? So I did some research and decided to take action. One exercise that resonated with me was to record myself explaining a topic to a camera, watch it back, and note how I could improve. For the past 10+ years, I've recorded hundreds of videos on various topics... most of which have never seen the light of day. These videos ranged from products I've built to simple tutorials on implementing new libraries or features in programming frameworks. The topic doesn't matter as long as you practice speaking with a natural flow, which includes important pauses and enunciations throughout. Today, I'm both proud and confident enough to say that I've improved exponentially since I first started recording. I don't even think about how I sound anymore - it just flows naturally. I can hop on a call or give a presentation without that nagging voice in my head second-guessing every word. It's pretty liberating to just focus on what I'm saying rather than how I'm saying it. The lesson here is simple: small, consistent efforts over time can transform your biggest weaknesses into strengths. PROMPT and WORKFLOW versioning coming to @fetchhive THIS WEEK. It has been a long standing requirement, not just from myself, but pretty much every customer asked for it (like the number 1 feature since day 1, no kidding). Fetch Hive has been live for a good few months now, and it was always something I wanted.. but never sure how best to deliver. On the outside, it seems so simple? And to a point it is if you consider a simple prompt. But Fetch Hive is so much more than that, it contains very complex workflows which have become the core of the service for a great number of customers. It's a juggling game... you want to deliver an outstanding, yet reliable product. So something as complex as Workflows and versioning take time to implement. Not just on the technical level but also the user experience level. Happy to finally deliver the feature which meets both these requirements, through the unparalleled help of my early adopters. This will be the first of many upgrades which all my HIVE gang will enjoy for years to come. Let's... F... GO!!!

You learn as you grow. As I had customers using Fetch Hive, they loved Workflows. Easy integration with live data from Google, Bing, Exa, Website Scraping, Document Parsing COMBINED with the power of AI. It's a match made in heaven 🌤 However, workflows are generally heavy on the resources, especially when running on the fly. Solution? Provide a discount in running workflows asynchronously. What does that mean? Let them run Workflows in the background servers (cheaper for me), at a reduced credit. If you wanna run them right now, pay more credits, if not? Run them at a slightly slower speed but just wait for an update. Running a business is always about adapting yourself to your customer needs. Remain sustainable while still providing quality is a juggling game, but with the right mindset, it is possible. Innovate, improve and excel with @fetchhive

These past few months I've been consulting for an AI lab located in Denmark. Their goal is to create a dedicated research platform for VC and M&A (merger & acquisitions) gurus to reduce their day to day research work with a speedy company research tool. From who are their competitors, why are they different, who do they interact with on social media, who are their key employees AND EVEN how and where they received funding. It has been an enlightening experience, seeing the other side of AI adoption in a crucial part of business strategy. Seeing the pains and eventual solutions for multi millionaire dollar companies, first hand. Best part?
