Because his public streams made him a direct witness to the claims presented to the court, the attorneys explicitly named him in legal filings. He's likely going to be ordered to give a deposition because he holds key information and evidence relevant to the ongoing case. Now he's nervously laughing about prison and deflecting, claiming if he goes down, others are going with him. Good luck trying to "debate bro" a judge and actual lawyers during a real deposition.
