I often find that the best courses for programming languages are written for beginners. I don't mind this; some back-to-basics reminders are a good thing. But it would be nice to see more courses aimed at veteran programmers wanting to add to our repertoire.

I've decided it's time to learn Ruby. Starting with #theodinproject.

@thedumb_p When I was maybe 6, I gave my dad a t-shirt for his birthday that had Snoopy on it playing tic-tac-toe on the side of a payphone, and in big bold letters it said, "Real men don't read directions." I didn't realize at the time how prophetic a statement that was...lol.
