Yesterday we welcomed 40 factory-based team members from Enstone to Silverstone as part of a recognition programme for their work. The staff watched most of the running and were able to see Franco working firsthand trackside from the Pit Wall, as well as chatting to him and colleagues in the garage. This level of exposure is what we strive for, to build a faster car and improve intra-team relations 🏎️
