@goozbach Consider using dynamo or other DB instances and just spin up a container when an action is taken in the PR. I don't know your purpose, but it seems lighter weight than having to spin up a whole environment. The container could check state via the db, do it's thing and complete.

I am wanting to create a per-PR database on a pre-existing RDS cluster using GitHub Actions. I've written up a proof of concept using terraform but want to see if there's a better way. Thoughts?

I'm curious why @signalapp is going to drop SMS support. Dropping SMS support means I can't have it be my default SMS app, which means I'm much less likely to use it overall. (I'm not going to remember which of my contacts are on Signal and which aren't.)
