Facing a critical issue with @Hostinger that’s seriously impacting my business.
I am a Business Plan user hosting 30+ websites across 20+ domains. Recently, my account was suddenly suspended, citing high usage, without any prior warning.
After that, I fully cooperated with their verification process and submitted everything requested:
• Personal ID proof
• Credit card photo used for purchase
• Payment receipts
• 8+ business registration documents (MSME, etc.)
Despite providing complete documentation, it has now been over 10 days and I have still not received any proper resolution or clear update.
All my websites are down, which is affecting my clients and ongoing business operations.
ms no direct call support, and responses are delayed with no clear timeline
I request @Hostinger to urgently review my case and restore my account or at least provide a definitive update.

@Hostinger such a nonsense set of policies you people have. Even on submission of Govt identity of the business the payment confirmation emails, the invoice you people are not ready to reset our 2FA authentication to login. @PMOIndia such companies shud not be allowed in India.
