Hostinger is a scam of a service. Limit your resources under false pretenses just to upsell their BS services. If you do buy they leave you alone and then repeat in a month or two to upsell more garbage. #ScamAlert #Hostinger

@Hostinger it’s a shame that you first suspend accounts and then don’t give customers any option other than migrating off the platform. On top of that you don’t allow customers to access their own data backups. Expedite manual response on Ticket #83831. #hostinger #cloud

We can see that you have already been in contact with our Customer Success Team, and they explained that this charge occurred because auto-renewal was active at the time of renewal. This setting is enabled for our clients to help prevent service interruption and avoid high redemption costs after expiration, and it can be disabled at any time in your hpanel. You also get a renewal reminder to your registered email before the charge happens. Since the renewal funds have already been transferred to the domain registrar, we are unable to issue a refund under our Refund Policy. You can choose to still keep the domain for another year now, or sell it if you do not wish to keep it yourself. If you have any further questions, feel free to drop us a DM anytime!

Really disappointed with @Hostinger support. An accidental domain renewal happened, and despite explaining everything, I’m only getting policy-based responses instead of proper human support. As a long-time customer, I expected more understanding for a genuine mistake.
