Any #WordPress devs have sites on @hostmonster ? The cPanel keeps going down and so does the clients website. It's happened twice today and then this happened a couple weeks ago. Support takes too long. Think we're going to move them to @SiteGround

Normally a 500 error is a theme/plugin issue related to Wordpress; one thing you can try is disabling the theme or plugins using the file manager. Our support teams can assist you with this

I received an email phishing attempt. My fault for being lax but thank God for @LastPass which saved my behind. How do I report this incident, @HostMonsterHelp? They were targeting @HostMonster customers.
This is day THREE that @hostmonster has been down. I can't imagine what some of their customers are doing. I wonder how much business they will lose as a result...
@hostmonster@HostMonsterHelp I have got migrated my server account from pro to plus and by doing that admin from host monster deleted all my email accounts. A d from past 2 days asking for it and getting response our admin working on it and will email you.
