@Keir_Starmer Out of curiosity, have you also condemned in the strongest terms the US and Israel for their - according to the UN - illegal war attacking Iran?

I condemn in the strongest terms the overnight Iranian strike on a Qatari gas facility. We are working towards a swift resolution to the situation in the Middle East, in the best interests of the British people – because there is no question that ending the war is the quickest way to reduce the cost of living.

I feel a bit deflated this evening. The UK Covid Inquiry has concluded six years too late that covid is and always was airborne. I fought so hard in my local community to raise awareness and understanding of what airborne transmission meant. I was laughed at, ridiculed, attacked, but I was right. This is cold comfort, because nothing will change - because now they think *it's a good idea to catch everything*. Now they know things are airborne, they'll probably seal the doors and windows to make sure everyone catches everything. It's not the understanding of airborne transmission that's the problem, it's that people now think it's good to get sick. And their broken bodies are less able to fight off infection, so when they catch everything all the damage piles up. I hate this timeline.

Reform UK's James Orr says the NHS will be free at the point of use What he doesn't tell you is that Nigel Farage has advocated for an insurance based NHS That means, as the UK taxpayer will pay more for the same services, even if the NHS is 'free at the point of use' When Fiona Bruce asks him to explain this, he waffles Exposed and humiliated on #BBCQT

Watch the Reform UK's James Orr humiliate himself on #BBCQT James Orr, "When the wind doesn't blow, you need gas to back it up and sometimes the wind doesn't blow" Fiona Bruce asks how drilling helps us is oil and gas are traded on the international market James Orr, "Prices are fixed internationally but a portion of them is connected to" Caroline Lucas, "It really isn't. It's sold on international markets to the highest bidder" James Orr, "That's not true.. Bills are higher because of unreliable renewables" Caroline Lucas, "They are not unreliable. All we need are interconnectors so when its not windy in this country you import the wind power from somewhere else" "I just despair at the kind of lies James, you are telling to people" James Orr, "These are not lies" Caroline Lucas, "They are"

Kemi Badenoch disaster of an interview criticising the Ramadan Tent Project's Iftar at Trafalgar Square is something to behold 😅 @RamadanTent did it without objection under 4 Conservative PMs: 2015 under David Cameron 2019 under Theresa May 2022 under Boris Johnson 2024 under Rishi Sunak Gary Gibbon, "What is your objection to the Muslim prayer that happened in Trafalgar square" Kemi Badenoch, "As a woman from an ethnic minority background, I do not like to see women shoved to the side, segregated, in an event that is not welcoming to others" "Trafalgar square is a public space which we use for inclusive events" Gary Gibbon, "But the event was welcoming. It was inclusive. It was inviting other people to come and see what the moment was like" *Badenoch's eye lashes flash faster than a butterfly chasing nectar* Kemi Badenoch, "A segregated event like that, I do not think the Mayor should be party political" Gary Gibbon, "So gender segregation is your objection?" Kemi Badenoch, "Yes, but more than that" Gary Gibbon, "But lots of religions have gender segregation" Kemi Badenoch, "Not in public spaces. This is not about freedom of religion" Gary Gibbon, "The Ramadan Tent project organised events at the Victoria & Albert museum, in front of the Royal Albert Hall, under Conservative administrations" "They've been developing this public way of showing their faith and inviting people to come and observe it" Kemi Badenoch, "Without knowing the details of those events, I'm not making a comment" "I'm taking a specific event about that type of mass prayer, segregating women in the middle of Trafalgar square" "We believe in religious freedom, that doesn't mean any religious practice in every single religion" "Sometimes the authorities need to set guard rails and say actually this is too much"
