@cjk365 It did work, using rdap.org but I found an even easier to use one from @ipapi_co which also has geolocation where if you don't pass an IP address it uses your external IP address so it's very easy/quick to use irm 'ipapi.co//json/' ##geolocation

Until yesterday I used icanhazip.com to give me my external IP address but say hello to @ipapi_co which can take an IP address to look up but without it uses your external IP address & reports it back along with info like country (useful for @Azure VMs).

Since the API call is client side, you can further simplify the code by replacing
'ipapi.co{ip_address}/json/'
with
'ipapi.co/json/'
i.e. you don't need to find the IP address. It can be inferred from the request.
