So you explain why, and then you being told, “I don’t want excuses.”
If you wanted the answer without the reason, why ask “why” in the first place?
ADHD people do not need others to point out or explain how easy a simple task should be. I promise, we already know. We 100% completely understand how easy it should be.
The worst part of ADHD, for me, isn't "forgetting" to do something.
The worst part is knowing I have to do something but just not being able to do it. Just Sitting there, thinking "yeah I gotta do this thing but. Nope."
The ADHD urge to be excellent at solving other people's highly complex problems while letting our car registration expire for 8 months while actively thinking about it every single day.
