It also says 'born in the US.' I take it you are not arguing that US citizens who have children born abroad would qualify for birthright citizenship. If they were going to invent an entirely new kind of citizenship, like an American brand, why wouldn't we have seen more discussion of that in the debates?

I don’t condone conversion therapy, but the judges weren’t ruling whether conversion therapy should be legal or not, they were ruling on a specific CO law

@JolinaJasmine The democratic justices joined the conservatives in this decision because the constitution is pretty clear about limiting freedom of speech/religion. There aren’t any explicit constitutional protections for sexuality and gender identity

This is what happens when media tries to manufacture a moment out of nothing. The Second Avenue Subway is a New York project… run by the state… managed by the MTA… funded largely through local and state mechanisms with federal support layered in. So asking a sitting president for an instant position on a hyper-specific NYC transit phase like it’s a national crisis… That’s not serious journalism. That’s a setup. And when he says he hasn’t heard about it in 20 years… That actually tells you something important: This project has been dragging for decades… billions over budget… phased out endlessly… and still incomplete. That’s not a federal failure. That’s a local management problem. If New York wants infrastructure done… look at Albany… look at the MTA… look at how the money is being spent. Stop pretending every delayed subway line is a White House emergency. Focus on the people actually responsible for building it. #SilentMajoritySpeaks #AStoneGroove
