Random fact about the #Halloween movies: There are no less than SIX different continuities in the Halloween movie series, and several movies exist in multiple different continuities. Continuity A: Halloween (1978), Halloween 2, Halloween 4, Halloween 5, Halloween 6 Continuity B: Halloween (1978), Halloween 2, Halloween 4, Halloween 5, Halloween 6 (Producer’s Cut) Continuity C: Halloween III: The Season of the Witch Continuity D: Halloween (1978), Halloween 2, Halloween H20: 20 Years Later, Halloween: Resurrection Continuity E: Rob Zombie’s Halloween (2007), Rob Zombie’s Halloween II Continuity F: Halloween (1978), Halloween (2018), Halloween Kills, Halloween Ends Halloween (1978) exists in four different continuities (and as a movie in a fifth), Halloween 2 exists in three different continuities, and Halloweens 4 and 5 exist in two different continuities (with that continuity broken in two by the theatrical cut and producer’s cut of Halloween 6). And with talk of Jamie Lee Curtis possibly returning to Halloween yet again, we may be looking at the creation of a seventh continuity.

I can’t believe the amount of Deadpool & Wolvie costumes last night. You’ll never know what that’s like if you’re me. I’m five years old, staring out the window at some impossible future. People made mini movies and wore some of the best suits I’ve ever seen. Quoting lines, and performing stunts. Little KidPools to GeezerPools… I’m not aloof or cool about stuff like this — No part of me takes it for granted or feels entitled to it. It’s like having a dream come true — but a dream you didn’t know you were dreaming of.

Would help if kids were actually raised to be passionate about cinema and television, but the vast majority aren’t.
YouTube, TikTok, and streaming have killed interest in traditional entertainment. As far as I know, there are still no notable Gen Z directors.

Spielberg was 24 when he directed an episode of Columbo. Trey Parker was 27 when South Park began. Lorne Michaels was 30 when SNL premiered. They just don’t give opportunities to young talents anymore.

Fascism isn't predicated on racism. It can be an aspect of it, but as Italy's fascist movement shows, it's not always the driving force. A person could support fascism based on their connection to a country or a social hierarchy irrespective of their race.

I think some people have forgotten just how freakishly commonly Obama was compared to Hitler. Main comparison was his skill with oratory and fanatical fanbase.

Trump does it all the time, so it's par for the course, just like the right cheering him on but then clutching their pearls when someone does it to them. Remember, their hypocrisy is a feature, not a bug.

It is just a fact that Trump regularly insults every American who opposes him in the crudest terms during his rallies and the media completely ignores it. Just one of many examples of how the media keeps lowering the bar for Trump.
