There is an absolute need for all companies to wake up when it comes to human customer support. AI is useful for solving routine account-related issues, but only for small things. Human support in a billion-dollar company cannot reply after 1–2 days… especially when I’m paying a subscription that costs in the hundreds. Increase the number of human agents handling more important support requests. The further we go, the less companies seem to invest in customer support, and that’s honestly disappointing, because it’s the basic standard of seriousness every company should demonstrate.
