I know, Effie. Tell that to Plutarch, he seems to think Peeta and I are of marriageable age. When we are very much not, you are right, Effie. We're still just teenagers, after all. And why does he want to see me and Peeta get married so young.

He's getting married before me and Peeta too if that makes you feel even a little tiny bit better, Effie (Not that my mother OR you and Haymitch would let me and Peeta get married yet).

Katniss looked where Jocelyn indicated and nodded then said, "Yeah, we can go there instead." She gently led Jocelyn over to the axe throwing station. It seemed like a good idea to try and pick up a new weapon skill (she'd go back to the plant station later when she was training on her own, Katniss promised herself). "Hey... Johanna, right? I'm Katniss and this is Jocelyn." She asked the girl throwing the ax with deadly precision.

@captain_reyes_ Katniss stared around her at the other Victors-turned-Tributes gathered in the Training Center. Most of them were adults, much older than her and Peeta. The ones closest to them in age as far as Katniss knew were Finnick Odair, Johanna Mason, Gloss, and Jocelyn Reyes. But today -the first day of training for the Third Quarter Quell- was about figuring out who they wanted for allies in the arena for certain. Katniss was already sure about wanting Mags (which would mean gaining Finnick too, probably, at least while Mags lived in the arena), Wiress and Beetee but she was following Haymitch's advice and Peeta's lead on the matter for now. Although she planned on doing some training with each of the three Victors she wanted for allies during these three days of training. +

She's pulling down all the posters plastered around Twelve about "protecting our youth" and "who do you fight for" that she can find and shoving them into a bag she's wearing. Especially the ones using that second slogan that show Prim at the reaping for the 74th Games. They'll all make good fuel for a fire in her secret hideout, after all. The "bow your head down'" posters showing her in her Mockingjay dress she simply slashes though cleanly and quickly with a kitchen knife (like she's cutting the throat of a wild turkey).

Also I personally think even sending any sort of fanart -yaoi, otherwise queer or steaight- or fanfiction to the celebrities who portray the characters the fanart of fanfic is about is pushing boundaries, no matter how big or small a star they are.

//and her token,her pin is something that is in itself a Covey creation as much as Katniss, her sister Prim and their father Burdock are though Burdock's Covey parent (his man who I think is Maude Ivory for a few reasons). Her token, her pin, is a symbol of her heritage AND is created by a member of the Covey, someone whom she should have seen as essentially an adoptive Grand uncle, Tam Amber himself.
